Our Chief Executive Officer Jay Byars has been serving clients and his community for over twenty years. Having operated and owned successful businesses in the Charleston and Spartanburg markets, he has deep understanding of people all over South Carolina. As a native of South Carolina, he has a passion to serve and take care of his neighbors and their loved ones.
Rita May Ranck, RN is our Chief Operating Officer and has over two decades of experience owning and operating senior caregivers businesses in South Carolina. Her attention to detail and passion for our seniors shows in her work and her commitment every day. Her reputation for compassion and quality care are a big reason so many clients and family members refer their friends and family to her over the years.
